After a steady diet of Asian food, our taste buds veered towards Western fast food. But I can somewhat justify our choice of McDonald's for lunch as we chose the following items that are not readily available in America:

McSpicy Burger

I am not sure if Teri is pleased with her McSpicy burger or not
